Shipping & Handling

 

 

Local Pick Up:

          Local Pickup is allowed during our business hours. It is strongly advised that visiting customers comply with health and safety recommendations issued by the city of Chicago. Customers are advised to call before before they visit or come to pickup there order.

Domestic Shipping:

          All domestic packages are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Our handling time is between 1 - 3 Business days depending how large the order is. The order confirmation and the tracking information will be provided to the customer via an automated email. 

International Shipping:

          Our International Shipping is done through USPS international or DHL.  Our handling time is between 2 - 4 Business days depending how large the order is. The order confirmation and the tracking information will be provided to the customer via an automated email. 

Custom Phone order:

          Customers have the ability to place large orders at wholesale prices over the phone. Customers placing orders for custom embroidery or custom belts over the phone can ask for other shipping carriers but the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Return Shipping:

         For returning orders customers will be responsible for return shipping. Once the returned order has been received the refund will be issued within 1-3 business days.
