Returns

Exchange through shipping:
Exchanges through shipping are not eligible. You will have to cancel the existing order and then place the new order. If you had ordered multiple items you may call and request an exchange for the product. Please note that calling is preferred in this situation but you may email us or contact us through the website as well.
Local Returns:
Returns will be accepted only if the product is in it's original condition. The product should not be damaged in any way, shape, or form by the customer. You can exchange the product. Customers are advised to call in advance before coming in to return or exchange the merchandise.
Domestic returns:
Returns will be accepted only if the product is in it's original condition within 5 business days after receiving the product. The product should not be damaged in any way, shape, or form by the customer. The customer will be responsible for the purchase, pack and return the product safely and securely. If the merchandise gets damaged during return shipping the customer may not be eligible for the refund. Once the return is received a refund will be issued within 1-3 business days for the product only.
International Returns:
